If the light came on, you have a problem.

Try disconnecting the battery again.

If it stays on when you put it back on then have it checked.

There might be something mentioned in the manual about that?

Hmm, the manual I think should at least explain why the light goes on, besides the need to take it to the dealer I would hope since that is obvious. I always thought the light had something to do with the computer? Is it at all possible you bumped or loosened a harness or wire near the battery? I'd make sure all of the connections are tight near the battery. It doesn't make sense. Did the original battery die or something, did you get it jump started? The dealer should be able to give you an answer over the phone as I think the light works the same in any vehicle. Maybe check the brake fluid level? It could be a coincidence maybe. Let us know the outcome.

The owners manual tells you EXACTLY what to do.
Take it to a dealer!

I truly thank you guys for all your help, I really do not want to pay someone $85.00 to plug in a OBD and reset my ABS, there's got to be another way to rest this dam thing, I will check all the connections and I will check the ABS fuses too and let you guys know what's the deal.

Don't mention the disconnection of the battery, and I would think it would be a warranty issue.
If you get crap, find another dealer.
