Default CD stuck in CD changer - 2003 CRV

We have a 2003 CRV with the stock disc changer and at least one CD is stuck in the unit. Does anyone have any tips on how to get it out? The radio works fine but now it won't accept, eject, or play and CDs.

I don't know of anything special on a Honda OEM unit to eject a stuck disc.

However, Edmunds does have a list of things to try.

I just did a bit of searching and found this clip of how to remove a CD from an Element's player. They used a second CD to help get the first one out.

If that doesn't work, there is a foolproof method for disc removal...guaranteed!

Thanks for the info!

Upon further questioning I discovered that my mom tried to put in another CD while a CD was being ejected. I'll let you know what works.

These are the things I get to deal with when I am home visiting the parents!

No luck yet. I can see there are 2 discs in a single slot (this is the stock 6 disc changer). I need something really small to pry out one of the discs...

Trouble is, there's a set of double pinch rollers between the CD's and the person with the pliers. You don't want to destroy the machine...

pinch rollers wouldn't they be on a cassette player?
I would think if you have it on the eject cycle for the correct disk # that is doubled up, you should be able to get a hook in there to help the eject process.
