Arrow Looking to buy a HR-V

Hi, I'm looking to buy a HR-V, and was just wondering if there are any points to look out for?

I'm looking at a 2000 - 2002 car with anything between 50 - 80,000 miles on it.

When do they need their cam belts replacing?
Any major rust spots or common faults?

welcome!

get the 2002- model, it's facelifted, has a nicer interior and redesigned bumpers etc. if you're looking at the automatic model, then the CVT box in 2002- is more durable, still, not bullet proof. the manual one is.

don't remember the cam belt mileage.

change rear diff fluid every 30k miles, use OEM fluid only.

there have been reports of rust on door window frames, including myself. one user had major rust problem, but we haven't really heard of it since.

The auto box - are they all CVT?
I noticed some specifically say they are, but not others.

I'm looking at a 2002 auto.
It's the facelift one, but has orange indicators like the earier type.
