Default Pet Barrier/Separation Net

Well, my first post here. Brand new owner of a used CR-V.

Anyway, so I'm having trouble finding the OEM separation net / pet barrier for them. Can anyone point me to the parts number, link or whatever?

It's a 2008 CR-v

There are lots of generic products out there for less money. I used to have a generic gate from one of the big pet stores. Worked well for the lab.

Or, you can do it the Hawaiian way and just keep the dog on your lap.

Thanks, but I'd prefer to get Honda's CR-V net.

After market stuff may save money but I always find that it there's usually a bunch of hours involved making after market products work. (I learned that trying to fit universal fit mud flaps to our Pilot.) And this time around I just want the near invisible netting vs the bars.

I don't see a pet barrier listed as an option from Honda in either the US or Canada, although Honda UK does sell them.

Who told you there was a pet barrier available from Honda?

Here's a picture of the two pieces of the Honda UK pet barrier. The top piece is 170, the bottom piece is an additional 120 (290 = US $470 = Canadian $485).

No one told me it was available - I just assumed one would be. Our Pilot had a net available. It's a pretty standard accessory on most other SUVs too isn't it?

For a pet gate, the fitting involves about 10 minutes of your time. That may be less time than the "factory" gate/net involves as far as installation.

A quick check of handa-accessories.com shows a 'separation net' was available in 2008 and earlier Pilots. It doesn't appear to be available for 2009+ Pilots.
And it wasn't specifically for pets, as the description says "For soft, lightweight items."

I did a quick check of the Ford and Chevy websites and don't see any pet barrier or net that separates the cargo area.
