Default 2009-2010 - Oil Leak at the Block Seam

From the February 2010 Honda Service News:

Currently Applies To: ’09–10 Accord L4 and CR-V
Got a leak that appears to be coming from the oil pan
or the block seams? An oil leak at the seams is an
extensive repair and usually means replacing the
    short block.
But before you do that, check the 28 mm sealing bolt
in the rear of the block. The oil can seep out past the
bolt and down into an unsealed cavity. When the
cavity fills up, the oil follows the seam between the
block halves, making it look like the block is leaking
oil between the seams next to the oil filter.
