I only included locations from the earlier thread that had two or more people saying they'd go. The following only had a single person posting in support, so they're not on the final list.

1 - St Louis, MO
1 - OBX
1 - Big Island, HI

I think those numbers are a bit skewed, maybe even on purpose. So, I'm going to go ahead and make an official call of Shenanigans. Between the 8th Ga meet and the "we have to get together" thread (which have links to eachother within) there are at least 3-4 people that said they would be interested in StL.

I'm not saying it has to be here, or that I have enough posts to be listened to. But eliminating St. Louis from voting doesn't really make sense to me, or traditional addition.:confused::confused::confused::confused:

I have added St. Louis to the poll, as I'd forgotten to include the other message thread about a midwest meet in my tally.

I'm down for the OBX. But the Pisgah would also be much fun.

I think the big island would be a little hard to drive to though.

But my vote went with OBX.

I'm down for OBX. I hardly know any of you, but I've never met someone with a CR-V that I didn't like.

Although I voted for Hawaii, I might be in Illinois this summer - so St. Louis would be fantastic. I am a Cardinals baseball fan!

Hey Mr. BigIsland V, lets meet again off exit 35 in Wenona, Illinois at the Shell station. I will forever remember that meeting we had.

I vote to work this meet around the member from Hawaii. Whatever he wants to do, and when he is in Illinois, let's follow his lead. Going to a baseball game sounds like a fun activity.

Going to a baseball game sounds like a fun activity.That new stadium would make it a great meet. Those of you that have never gone up into the Arch, would be in for a real treat. The engineering is amazing - and that's just the "elevator" ride.

It's a different kind of experience riding up in an egg to the top of the arch with some of your closest friends. Done it once, it was an interesting ride.

I know the NY trip is far away from most of you GA and NC people, but its closest to me so that's why I chose it. But an OBX meet would be cool too because I've never been there. My wife has though cause she's from VA. Interesting to see how this pans out.

I have mostly only heard about OBX from this site, although a good friend of mine lived in Virginia for a while and he mentioned something about it. I can't remember what it was for the life of me though. It sure sounds like fun. Although since I live in Central NY I had to vote for Finger lakes. Besides there are some decent trails around there so I've heard. I've been meaning to make a trip out there for hiking too.

It's a group of barrier islands off the coast.
