stereo electrical issue

when making left hand turns, i have started to get an intense blasting of feedback through the speakers. i cannot pinpoint it to a particular speaker. i know the following: it does it only on left turns that have some speed, it does it on all stereo modes (radio, cd, cassette), and it does it about 75% of the time when turning left. it sounds like bare wire is touching someplace. i'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow. they will keep it for 24 hours to try and track it down. has anyone heard of this or experienced it before? i just hope there hasn't been any speaker damage.
