Hey there!

I'm not really a regular poster, so I'll tell ya a bit about my HR-V. It's a little 1999 HR-V Sport, 2Door, 4WD & Manual. As you can tell, it's metallic gold/yellow - which really only suits a few cars (HR-V included). I'm from Melbourne in Australia myself, and these pics were taken early August of this year whilst I was on a ski trip up at Mt Buller (2.5 hours drive from Melbourne) with friends. Hope you all like my boy ;)

Nice photos and your car looks good.

For a few years in the late 70s and early 80s my family went skiing for a week at Mt Buller. I have fond memories of Mt. Buller.

What roof rack have you had installed on your HRV?

WOW!

I really gotta take a roadtrip (a LONG one) down to Melbourne (from Brisbane) some day. That snow is awesome! Would be great to tst out my V in that sort of terrain!

Yeah... The Holden Barina is the Suziki Swift... Holden got lazy in the late 80's and early 90's and just rebadged any other car they could.... Toyota Camry = Holden Apollo, Suziki Swift = Holden Barina, Nissan Pular = Holden Astra, Toyota Corolla = Holden Nova... Get the drift? Holden aren't too great with anything by the looks of it.

My roof racks are Rhino Racks... Fit right into the brackets in the roof spoiler. So much cheaper/easier than trying to find OEM Honda ones... And the ski rack is the Mont Blanc, or something like that... They're always covered in bugs or snow... Depending on whether I'm up/down Buller.

BTW, Nice CR-V. It'd look good in the snow, especially since there's so much of it (best season since '81 or some thing along those lines...). Our Honda's always look better with mud/snow/dust on em ;)

no saro, it's the top wheel of the ski lift, above the clouds.
