 I have a 2004 brand new Pilot less than 200 hundred miles and already have a very annoying rattle somewhere in the dashboard on the passenger side. Any ideas where? Not sure if glove box, airbag, or what. Going to take it in and was hoping someone has some ideas on what they should check. thanks!!

Do you hear rattling at all time or at only certain speed? You might also want to check any loose items in the car, not just in the dash area. Sometimes, it could be deceiving and the rattle might come from different spot.

no it rattles only over bumps and when there is vibration, i think i might have found the problem, i think it is the glove box. it seems that when this shut there is a little play in it and does not close tight, anyone have this problem or solution? will the dealer be able to do something? i know a minor problem, but it is annoying.....

It is minor, but as long as it annoys you (I would get annoyed too), just take it to the dealer and have them fix it. They can either adjust the glove box door or replace it.

I would also do exactly what Patrick suggest... But if the dealer for some reason cannot fix it, you can always add a strip of weather-stripping to the top of the glove box...
