DVD headphone sound?

We need help with getting the sound for the DVD to play in the wireless headphones. It works when we switch to XM, FM/AM, or CD but we hear nothing in the headphones when we hit the DVD button.

Any advice?

Yes, several times. I feel like there is just one step they we are leaving out that will make the sound come from the headphones. I know they work since I can listen to the radio & CDs from them. Its really strange. I've looked online everywhere and I can't find out what we are doing wrong. It's making us crazy! :confused:
