2003 Pilot Vanity lights

Just got an '03 Pilot and noticed that the vanity lights in the visors don't appear to be working, none of them. The interior lights seem to work fine. I looked a the "blubs", though they look more like fuses, and they don't seem to be burned out. What is the next thing to check?

Nevermind, I read on another forum that the headlights must be on first.
