Well, they put it on the right car. This will make that NSX much lighter. Wouldnt wanna crash it though. Only 1 problem with carbon fibre. When you crash Carbon fibre shatters.

McLaren F1s are made mostly of carbon fibre as well.

I imagine that it probably depends on whether you are inside or outside the car. If you are a pedestrian being hit by the car you probably won't notice the carbon fiber. :lol:

that NSX is one mean car, btw do u guys know of anyone who DIY their own car bodies? like fabricate it themselves? i understand that ANDRE AGASSI owns a VECTOR sports car with 400 hp and its hand made and and its body is made out of carbon fiber.

Anucrv, you are probably right. It probably is just the plastic "imitation" carbon-fibre. A car completely decked out in carbon fibre would be really expensive. Case and point, the McLaren F1. It is outfitted with a hand made carbon fibre body (true carbon fibre). The car costs about $1,000,000 US.
