I know most people here will discourage a lease. Sorry, please post you comments elsewhere. I am on my 5th lease and have no regrets. It works for me. I am on my 5th lease. Like driving a fairly new vehicle that is always under warranty.

I am looking at a 2007 Pilot LX AWD with 15K miles per year for 36 months. With $800 down they have offered me a monthly payment of $315. I will probably have a larger down payment but this is their offer for the $800.

Has anyone else leased a this model with the 15K mileage? Is it reasonable or should I continue looking? How did you do?

I guess you have never looked on swapalease.com (which just happens to be one of the site's sponsors with a banner ad? Check them out to get some comparisons.

Is that for new car leases? I thought it was only for people trying to get out of aa lease or assume one.

Sorry, I just can't find it. Everything I see mentions lease transfers

It's easy. Click on Find a lease and enter the info. Look at the dealers - They are almost all brand new cars.

Notice the ones that say any color and zero miles as they are new vehicles.

Thanks for the help. I finally get it

From the looks of whats available it appears I did OK. They didn't have any advertised for 15K/yr but if I correlate the ratio of mine at 15k/12K I appear pretty close on some and better on most.

I have leased in the past for business use but never put anything down other than paying sales tax. My best two were a 1995 Accord EX for $229 a month for 24 months and a 1996 Camry for $259 for 24 months - both with 15k miles.
