Front bumper removal??

is there any layouts dierctions or anything to remove the front bumper.. reason why i wan tto remove the front bumper is because i am thinkign about putting one of my neon tubes in the front grill thingie.. and also to remove my water box/intake sliencer box... im just thinkgin about putt the none there since there really is not a place to put it unless i get a skid plate to cover it up.. hopefully after taking it off maybe i can put some mess grill behind there... thanx
