AWESOME

Now you need to drop in a RT-AWD setup and that should solve your problems with hooking up in low gear!

Im sure it will shear off some axles. Update 7-9-07: We drove all the way from Denver to Phoenix AZ for the St.Patricks day NOPI event and ended up winning the Fast bracket class there with a best of 13.88 @ 102 mph. Since then I have redone the exhuast and did some more power tuning at the track. Last Friday night (7-6-07) I won the local sport compact ET series class in Denver running a best of 13.68 @106 mph.

Coming So0n: More boost and E-85 conversion. I hope to get it into the 12s but we shall see.

Season update: We ran the element all season without a problem. After winning in AZ at the NOPI Event, I went on to win a burnout contest in Denver as well as many Friday night events and eventually a season points championship. So all in all it was an excellent year. Best time to date was 13.33@108mph. This winter will see some changes at the shop and some changes to the Hellement as well. We are looking to get it down into the 12s and make it one fast sleeper.

Excellent! Heck, I am barely beating those times in my old Javelin!

Don't hesitate to post pics or updates. One thing that is sorely lacking for the 2nd Gen V's and the Elements is a quality turbo kit at a reasonable price.

Plleeeeaaaassseeee make it AWD!?!? for me? :D

Orrr.. put a VTM4 system in it! **drools** That should be able to handle your power and you can hook it up to engage/disengage at will by just hotwiring the clutchpacks in the rear to a set of switches. A locked rear end would be pretty spiffy!

What do you suppose for an 04 CR-V. Like the things needed to put a turbo on it. ;)

wow very nice element, but what i dont understand is why dont we have more boosted crvs?
theres a TON of aftermarket support out there for the crv k24
many rsx members have built frankenstien setups (k20head and k24 bottem 95% of the time being a tsx or crv block) with boost!
i sure wish id see more boosted crvs....

FYI This Honda Element know as "Hellement" is now for sale. Honda Ghandi and going through some modifications on his end and making some adjustments which have led him to put Hellement on the market. He has stated his price is firm and I believe that's at $23K. He has also entertaining taking it back to stock and parting out the turbo and other aftermarket parts. Its a great vehicle and obviously one of a kind.

Peace!
