Evolution of a 98 V to Record Breaking V

Hello guys.. well i finally got a hold of a digital camera.. so i thought i would post some pictures... all i have on my V right now.. is my injen intake off a 98 civic.... and my system...

wheni mean record breaking .. im meaning.. soon i will be changing into a competion V.. with 3 15's inch subwoofers and a 150 watt competion amp.. and it will be at .75 ohm ... hopefuly pushing out 150-160 dbs. and soon ... i will be supercharged... and be upgraded ... i was getting 19's chrome and black rims but decided to go 18's... im goign to paint my V a brand new color.. somethign different then what it is...

With all the space inside of a V, you are going to need a lot more cone space than 3 15's . Even a Class A/B 150watt amp, stable at .25ohm is only going to push around 900watts. Are you planning on using 3 of these amps? To reach those kind of numbers in a V, you are gonna need 6-8 15's and around 4000watts of clean power.

this was a long time ago.. an i forgot to say but.. its 150 watt "rated' it pushes about 1500 watts at .5 ohm.. i changed from 2 to 2 15's and i know what i would have to do to do that .. many things have changed since i last put those images up

its like 2 inches above the back seats so i can see fine.. my subs now fire up .. and dont have that stuipd red thing hold ing them down.. also i took off the dumb earthquake sticker... so i dont see it anymore.. and i re painted my box so it looks darker.. but it should be all gone in like a month or 2 for my new set up

You need lots more then an Intake to make up all the lost hps with all
that extra weight!

1000watt earthqake amp.. rainbow audio front comp speakers.. panasonic Head unit.. crv indaglo gauges with crv on it...

injen short ram intake...
biggest interstate battery i could find...
and 3 Big 1/0 ground wires with street wires nickel plated connectors ....

I still don't get it. If there are 150 watt amps out there that actually run 1500 why doesn't everyone just buy a cheap ass 150 watt amp, run their subs in parallel and reap the benefits?

these amps arent cheap.. they are rated at 150 watts capiable of doing 1500+ at a .5 ohm... my amps are 1300 bucks each.. and i have 3 of them .. their are competion amps which are pro amps.. and consumer... the comp amps ACTUALLY put out the watts stated .. where as consumer amps dont put out TRUE WATTS.. like a sony 1000 watt amp says 1000 watts but only puts out 600...
