My Quibbles (all minor) - 1 month since delivery

First of all I would like to say that I am very pleased with my new CR-V 2.2i CDTi Graphite Grey EX model. However a couple of minor issues. I have to say a lot of this is based on comparison to my Mark 5 Golf GTi.

1) Why did they not make the key bend in 2 with the metallic shaft slipping inside the plastic handle like VW have done - a bit annoying having a large metal key digging into your pocket all the time.

2) Auto lights (which work very well) - do not come on automatically when you unlock the car at night. I found this a very useful feature in terms of security in the VW. As the car is lit up once you chose to unlock the car even if you a some distance away from it.

3) Multifunction computer - it has a lot of safety information but does not tell you stuff like length of journey in terms of time / ave speed etc etc.

I am a one week owner of LS-X with Navi in Glacier Blue.
1) Agree with your on this point. The key is quite large! Easy to find in my purse, but it will poke a hole soon :-)
2) I did not notice this, I think my lights come on. Maybe it is a setting you can control?
3) The model with Navigation system does have this feature. I love it in particular because I can just ask for the info and it tells me, I don't have to look at the dash board - I can just drive! I have little interactions with it all the time "What time is it?" "How long to destination?" etc.
