Okay well this might go under routine mantce but whatever.. oksy this isnt on a crv but sure could happen.. on my moms car ( 97 honda civic) her headlghts seems to have some ruffy bumpy type or stuff.. like the head lights were nto taken care of .. like just before they turn the yellowish tint color.. well i want to make them smooth anybody have an idea to how to make it smooth and clear??i mean maybe someone here knows what im talking about...

Ok, are we talking about the lenses? The clear covers? The bulbs? Some ruffy bumpy type stuff, huh?
I'll take a shot at this and assume you're telling us that your mom's headlight lenses are worn/pitted/scratched, right?
You can buff them with plastic polish. Mother's, Meguiar's, 3M make it. I know the 3M and Meguiar's comes in 2 grits. A medium cleaner to be followed by a finer cut polish. From what I've read, the 3M stuff is the best. Ask for plastic polish at your auto parts store.
Check out the big polish manufacturer's web sites for info on cleaning and polishing plastic.

yeah just the lens.. i mean thats what turns yellow on most supras if not properly taken care of... they are bumpy and such.. and i want to bring then back to clear SMOOTH!!!.... where can i get this 3M stuff?? damn your in Canada... umm maybe i will go in a automotive store.. i just dont want to be going in 50 million stores looking for this..
*reason why i said damn you in canada is because i dont know if we have the same sotres as you do ... but thanx man

Check out AutoZone, Pep Boys and places like that or like I said, check the manufacturers websites like Meguiar's, Mother's, Tutle Wax etc. I know Meguir's has an online store. I've used their stuff before; Cleaner and Polish. Works pretty well.

thanx man.. this will have to be done... later.. i know buying online is great because you can save money.. but i like taking care of the cars so usually i try to get it here and do it then .. kinda inpaccient when it comes tot he V and the civic.. hehe... oh well.. but thanxs guys... will try that
