Did anyone install the cloud rider grilles from the group buy yet? I'm considering purchasing the round hole grille but don't know if I can because I have the lower trim and a front license plate...which may block the lower part of the grille. Just wondering if anyone encountered any problems with this.

According to Bing, the grilles will be shipped out tomorrow and we (whoever ordered) should be receiving sometime next week. I have the front license plate, but not lower trim. I'm not sure but you might have a problem if you have the lower trim.

One thing I migt be able to do is, when I get mine next week, go see wwong and try fitting on his Pilot since he has a lower trim.

Ok, let me know if it works. I'm also concerned about the front license plate. The license plate frame attaches to the bumper by a piece of plastic that reaches behind the lower grille area. Is there a grille option which provides for an opening around the plastic license frame attachment?

Actually, there are two options for the Cloud-Rider grilles, license plate and block heater provisions. I ordered the one with license plate provision since I don't have the block heater.

By the way, did you know that we just had a group-buy of these grilles about a week ago? Unfortunately, it ended though.

That's great that there's an option for the license plate. I only hope that the lower trim won't be a problem. Please post success/failure when you try it on wwong's.

Yes, I saw the group buy, but I wasn't ready at the time. The sale price is still $98 on the website. Thanks for the response!

I went to a meet last Saturday. Someone had the Spectare Mesh (small hole) installed on his Pilot. wwong was there also, so I checked out his lower trim. It seemed that there won't be a problem to install the grille screen. You will have plenty of room. The person who has the grille also told me that a friend of his has the lower trim and didn't have any problem with installing the grille.

Bing must be very nice enough to leave the price at $98. According to him, he was going to change it back to $114 after everyone in the group-buy placed the order.
