One of the many screw ups by my service dealer. They broke my Element arm rest when reskinning my seat that they tore while fixing the rocking seat issue. Long story short, I fixed the old one and kept it but I have a brand new Element arm rest for sale. In the box, never installed, just opened to verify all parts are there. Works in the Element (OBVIOUSLY) and the 02/03/04 CRV. Its Grey.

$75 and buyer pays for shipping costs.

That is because the pressure from the incomming air is pushing on your eardrums and causing them to flex. I know it sounds funny but it is true, and not good for your ears. Allow a front or back window slightly open to compensate for the imcoming pressure. You will find that your ears will stop being pushed on.
