I was looking at my 2000 1st gen LX, with the LX wheels, and I was thinking: these wheels would look better with a glossy white finish. What do you guys think about this idea, and how would I go about implementing it?
P.S. to answer the first question that occurs to you: yes, I am too cheap/broke to just buy new rims.

V86 - wouldn't white show dirt like there's no tomorrow? I think if money was tight, I'd try some "chrome" paint instead...can't look any worse than white. IMHO.
If you post pix of your wheels, maybe someone can PS it with white to give you an idea how it'd look. :wink:

I highly recommend powder coating. I got the wheels on my civic powder coated for around $125 for all 4. That included the preping and all. Call around to see who can do it in your area. You will need to have the tires removed of course, but it is well worth it in my opinion. They do get dirty quicker, but the contrast of the white makes it look so nice when they are clean.
