2007 Cr-v seatbelt

I got my Cr-v amonth ago and today I experienced the first problem.
The driver seat belt is fully retracted and I cannot release it.
Short of taking it to the dealer, does anybody have any idea how to release it?

Took my Cr-v back to the dealer. They ordered a new seat belt but it will take a week to get it. In the meantime I will be driving a 2006 Toyota Sienna which Honda is paying for.
