Model: 07' EX-L
The passenger power window fuse has blown twice already. It doesn't blow immediately but over time.
Anyone have any experience troubleshooting something like this? :?:
thanks!

"07? You shouldn't need any troubleshooting experience. Take it back to the dealer.

Dealer will probalby take forever to find the problem.
Lubing the window channel may fix it too, but if it's a short to ground it can take a lot of searching..
Sometimes it's just the lug inside the fuse holder that's not gripping on the fuse properly. Current makes it get HOT and the fuse no longer can carry 20A. Fuse blows mysteriously. That's why it happens over time. If it's found to be the case (chop a fuse in half and use it as a feeler gauge), don't tweek the legs of the fuse to correct the problem. It will only make matters worse, like bending the prongs on your vacuum cleaner plug, rather than replacing the wall receptacle. The whole fuse box will have to be replaced if the socket is found to be defective.

Thanks Curly. I'll take a look at the window travel and connector at the box.
