I have an 01 CR-V EX and I would say that it will probably not be wide enough, nor will the spacing for center of the strut bolts measure correctly. The other problem you might run into is it may not be tall enough to clear the valve cover etc, but please let me know if I'm wrong. You should be able to dry fit it before the final installation. The Neuspeed upper strut brace works awesome and is quite affordable. I have a chrome one installed on mine and it has made a noticable difference.
