Hello,
Does anyone know approximately how much replacement keys cost for 2006 Pilots?
gracias

It often depends on how many you want, since they charge you 'X' per key and then 1/2 hour or more to reprogram them all (old and new) to your vehicle. So, if it's like my '98 Odyssey, if I get three cut at the same time, it costs less per key.

These TSB's may give some insight into the immobilizer systems in various HONDAS and the special keys. Some will apply to you:

Can't quote prices since we don't know what country you are in . . .

Another post on this forum tipped me off to www.streetkeys.com. Just ordered 2 keys for my 03 Pilot for a total of $117, including the cutting and the programming. Dealers wanted $150-$180 for 1 key, so not a bad deal.
