Changing in dash temperature display from deg.F to deg.C

Anyone knows if the in-dash temperature display (above the odometer)can be somehow changed from Farhenheit to Celcius? Also, can the odometer be changed from miles to kilometers? I just imported a US model Pilot to Canada and everything is metric here :cry:
