Does anyone have any idea if the new CRV has the Honda equivalent of Optitron guages as in Toyota vehicles?

2005-2006 CRV has them, and from the new 2007 pics, it looks like it has the Optitron display as well.

Found this definition on a Toyota website:
Optitron instruments
Optitron driving instruments are designed for greater clarity and reduced eye fatigue. Ergonomically optimized, they use individual LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) on every figure and indicator needle, doing away with traditional instrument illumination. Optitron provides outstandingly clear readability - leading to less eyestrain - and enhanced driving concentration, whatever the ambient light conditions.

"Optitron" wow sounds like some BS selling feature that a GM middle manager would come up with. It's a dash board? You're supposed to keep you eyes on the road NOT stare at the dash.
I've never had a problem with eye fatigue from any dash in any car I've driven. Now if they could fix the glare from headlights on the other side of the highway that would reduce my eye fatigue.
