Ok, sick of the winter and want to do some cosmetic mods, not performance. Is there a site that lists each state's laws on legal mods? I'm having trouble finding MA. I did at one time, maybe here, see a site that showed window tinting laws state by state. I'm interested in lighting and tinting for now. I saw on "E" bay an "Element" decal that sticks over the third brake light. I guess it would look like the Dodge Ram taillight covers, which I guess are plastic that stick over the taillights? One other thing, which might be mentioned on a site if I found one, what would happen if you drove through a state that was legal in one state and not in another? I guess I would make any mod legal in any state I planned on driving in most of the time. I drove from MA to NC when I first got my E and don't plan on doing that again for a while. Any info or ideas?
