Brand new Pilot EX w/NAV but NAV has a problem

Well I got my Pilot week ago and today I realized that I cannot save any address to "My Places" in the navigation. The Navigation system is not located at the trunk like the manual says but it is under the passanger seat. I took the DVD out and put back on hoping that it would solve the problem but no avail.

It looks like it is not a memory problem since it can save "Recently visited places" w/o a problem. I am afraid I am going to get a refurbished junk for my brand new car when I mention it to the service tomorrow.

Any experiences? suggestions?

What are you trying to do? Are you trying to save addresses into "Personal Addresses"?

Make sure you set the State where you live.
