Now most of us would like have some smarter wheels on our cars and increasing the tyre sizes but not all aren't aware that your Speedo will be effect by the bigger tyres so here is a website that will tell you how much this will be effect so here goes.

this link is in the FAQ as well, in "tyres"-section

yeah, the bigger the wheels are the faster top end speed you get,but acceleration will be slower, and its d opposite for gettin smaller wheels, the smaller they are,the faster your acceration is and less top end speed

. . . .
I just wonder if they have any affection on the fuel consumption, torque and horse power.
Larger tire = Higher effective gear ratio
Usually + on MPG with light driving, and - on MPG with hard driving
Worse acceleration
Smaller Tire = Lower effective gear ratio
Usullally lower MPG
Better acceleration (avoiding wheel spin), can have more wheel spin.
Wider tire = Generally more rolling resistance
Worse gas milage, typically easier to hydroplane, typically worse in snow
Narrower Tire = Generally higher contact force
Typically better MPG, better in wet, better cutting through snow, worse riding on snow.
Higher pressure = Generally Less rolling resistance
Like a narower tire
Better MPG
Lower pressure = More rolling resistance, but lower contact force
Better in sand or loose surface
Worse MPG

I HAVE LOOKED INTO THIS A LITTLE AND WAS INFORMED THAT AS LONG AS THE ROLING RADIUS IS NOT AFFECTED THEN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CAR SHOULD NOT BE ALTERED (APPART FROM HAVING LIGHTER WHEELS AIDING ACCELERATION).
THERFORE AS LONG AS THE TOTAL SIZE OF THE TYRE AND WHEEL PACKAGE IS NOT BIGGER THAT THE STOCK WHEEL AND TYRE PACKAGE ITS ALL GOOD!!!!! YOU ARE BASICALY EXCHANGING RUBBER FOR RIM!!! ALTHOUGH THERE IS A LITTLE ROOM TO SQUEEZ A BIT EXTRA HOOP IN. THE ROLING RADIUS IS THE MEASURMENT FROM THE CENTERPOINT TO THE FURTHEST POINT ON THE TYRE.
