Here's a link to the recent Honda TSB about 'judder / shudder / shutter' when you do the 'parking lot test'.

Here are some other general tips about CR-V and other models AWD:
Facts:
1) Noise can sound like it's coming from front or rear.
2) Noise may sound like a scraping brake, or like dragging a tire sideways (HONDA calls it judder).
3) Dual Pump Fluid never lasts more than 30,000 miles / 2 years.
4) You need a litre (1.2 quarts) and it's easier than an oil change. SEARCH dual and pump
5) You have to use Honda fluids . . No substitutes (HONDA Z1 or HONDA DW-1 ATF is supplied in some countries).
5) CR-V, Pilot and Ridgeline are doing the exact same thing, even brand new.
6) Your owner's manual is just plain wrong about the change interval.
