Bottom Door Sill Protectors??

Has anyone else had a problem with the bottom door sill protectors from getting the hell scratched outta them? Mine seem to be taking a beating. I was thinking about maybe the 3M coating that they put on front of cars. Put that along the door sill. Or is there a aftermarket cover or something you could put on?

Dont worry about it guys i talked to my local honda dealship and the price on replacing those bottom door sills is $52.00 CAN so when they get wrecked i will just buy new ones. It will cost more to figure out a way to protect them. So might as well just get new ones, when they get trashed.
