06 exl price & color combo's ---need opinions

This is a great site & has a lot of useful info, I'm hoping you can help me.

I've been dealing w/sales over the internet. I bought my Odyssey that way & got a great deal.
They quoted me $27,990 for a new 06 EXL. Do you think that is a fair price?

Also I'm concerned on the interior color- we don't want a real dark interior (currently have an Odyssey w/ light grey leather). What do you think of the leather -saddle & grey? Is the grey really dark? Is the saddle too yellow? (I've only seen pics online & it's hard to tell)

I'm thinking of either the brushed sage w/grey or black w/saddle leather. Anyone have opinions on the colors - dislikes/likes-I would love to hear them.

I think it is a good price. The MSRP is 35595.

Just an example:

My wife bought a 2006 Pilot EX-L with Nav for $31,700 in Chicago. All negotiations were done online. She walked in with a check and walked out with the new car.

Edmunds quotes on Invoices for 2006 Pilots:
AWD Models -
EX-L - $29,730
EX-L / DVD - $31,168
EX-L / Nav - $31,707

2WD Models -
EX-L - $28,652
EX-L / DVD - $30,090
EX-L / Nav - $30,629

Just make sure you know exactly which model you are getting. I suspect this price quote references the 2WD EX-L. While a good price (as anything below invoice on a Honda is incredible), just make sure you want the 2WD version vice the AWD.
