This 'V has pulled to the right at highway speeds since new. I've tried rotating tires, alignment, air pressure, etc. to no avail. It is not covered by the TSB. It is actually a torque steer at highway speeds...it does it going up hills, passing, fighting a headwind, or when cruising fast enough the engine is working. Going downhill, nothing. Hit the gas, pull to right. AT HIGHWAY speeds no less. Anyway, I took it to the dealer for one last check when under warranty, and they rotated and balanced the tires and wam, the problem is gone. I think they actually dismounted a tire and remounted it on the rim so that it rotates the opposite direction but the "outside" edge of the tire becomes the "inside" edge. I dunno. They said if it recurs, it is the tires. Period. The original tires now have 34,000 miles on a set of 5, and they aren't even as I added the spare into the rotation only recently. Guy said to buy Yokos next time, they have had lots of complaints about the stock Bridgestone tires.

So, I'm hitting the 36K end of warranty mark next week when I go on a long trip. The dealer service at Wieser Honda in Cape Girardeau has been great. I have made three trips to the dealer though...
1) Rocking seat, bad tape deck, and bad rear door opener
2) Alignment (free!) and throttle cable recall
3) Balance (free!) and rotate tires (free!) when checking out pull-to-right.

I had less problems with my '00 but the service has been good and everything is fine now, so I can't complain too much. I still like the '02 better :D

My 2003 LX Auto does the same thing - highway speeds, 20 MPH, whatever - punch it and it pulls to the right. Coasting and braking are straight.

I have 17,000 miles on mine, and my Bridgestone Duelers (barely good enough for tire swings) are just about down to the wear bars. I'm praying a new set of Avid Tourings or maybe even some sort of Michelins will fix it.

I'm not sure that I remember the problem when I first bought it...I think it's been a gradual thing.

And the seat rock - I had mine fixed at about 10 months. 2 months later, it's back. Not as bad, but working on it. And I've adjusted the seat all of about 3 times - so it's not like I abuse the adjustments.

A rocking seat really changes your feeling about a car...it's a primary connector to how "solid" you feel the car is. I really want to like this car...it does everything so well...but the PTTR and rocking seat sort of dampen the experience, to say the least. Especially when they are chronic "character flaws" you see so many people have to suffer with.
