Hi all. New V-owner here and I want to know where in Canada I can get parts for the V like you can get on this forum or in the States. I can find sites on the net no problem but they are all in the States or the EU. I want some place closer to home with Canadian prices and shipping and no after price duties. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Factory or otherwise.

well if u know the manufacturer of the part/accessories that u want (ex. neuspeed, skunk2, mugen) you can check out their dealer or distributor listing on their site and check for dealers in Ontario, Canada....most of them are in the GTA so its not going to be that far from where u live.....that's the way I do it

Sorry I should have said I was looking for the factory or dealer parts like the oe roof rack or the storage net that you instal on the rear door. I just found out today that the front mud flaps are no longer available from the dealer so now I'm trying to find the equivalent item after market. We all know there are good and bad after market accessories. Any help would be great.

Check out Hondacuraworld (http://www.hondacuraworld.com/). They're just outside of Buffalo, not too far from you. I've bought stuff from them.

Depending on what you're looking for, the money you save (even after exchange and taxes) will more than make up for the drive.

Check out their prices, print the page and bring it to your dealership. See if they'll match the price. It's worth a shot.

If you contact them, direct your email to or call and ask for Tim and tell him that wildswing (Mark) from Sault Ste Marie referred you.

I don't know. You'd have to call and ask Tim. Remember, you'll have to pay the couriers brokerage charges on top of any shipping charges. When I bought stuff from him, I had him ship to an alternate address in Soo, Michigan. I then dealt with customs myself, only paying pst and gst.

If they will ship USPS rather than UPS or other courier, your chances of paying brokerage fees is way less. I got a Helms manual the other day, USPS, and Canada Customs didn't assess any charges, possibly because it was an 'educational publication'. I dunno.

Curly's right. Stuff shipped via USPS and Canada post does not go through the same brokerage scrutiny as with UPS or FedEx, but that doesn't mean it's a sure thing. They can still ask for gst and pst. On the other hand, i've had some stuff delivered by mail without any charges at all.
