Just wanted to share a recent accessories purchase nightmare story with the E faithful:
I decided to order the Murdock Industrial Tray Liners for my E after several attempts to make my own. I was not happy with any of the results. So, I ordered a set on 12/8, thinking they'd arrive before X-Mas. This is where the headache begins. The only communication I received was from PayPal confirming my purchase. No confirmation from Murdock. Nothing giving me a tracking number or expected ship date. I e-mailed them several times from 12/17 to 1/2 to ask for a status update, as I had received nothing so far. All I got in return was, "You should have received them by now. I'll check in the office tomorrow and give you the tracking number." Neither of these events ever happened. My last e-mail went completely unanswered!!
SO, finally they show up in today's mail. Shipped via regular USPS (no problem with that). No tracking number on the envelope! PLUS, IT WAS MAILED ON 12/31!! I paid for these things on 12/8...
Long story short, if you choose to do business with Murdock Industrial, my opinion is that you're in for quite a headache. Customer service is poor at best. No explanation for why my order was delayed, where it was, why it didn't ship until 12/31 and no effort to make amends for it. I even gave them some leeway, taking into account the holidays. This was a very bad experience for me and I will never shop with them again. Use this vendor at your own risk.
