Hey guys,
Has anyone installed leather seat covers in their HR-V?
If so, how is the quality and look. Do they look original or do they just flap around and look silly? Almost like a kid wearing his big brothers clothes.
Links to websites that sell seat covers are appreciated:-)
Patrick Dorrian has done it and the subject has been covered here several times. Try Search function.

www.pebe.se has tailor made "strap-ons" that looks and feel almost as good as any orginal leather (or "taxi-leather" if you a bit on the hard core side...)

I got the covers for mine off ebay, but rather than being just covers, these were actually proper honda leather seat covers - had to remove the old blue ones and then retrim the seats with the new leather ones. Benefit of doing this is a near OEM fit. Make sure if you buy covers that you get the ones for a 3 door OR a 5 door as the rear bench and seat backs are a different shape in the 5 door :)

Just checked with Honda, they can retrim the seats with original OEM leather seats. But they're not actually made of leather, i'm not sure what the material is called. It looks the part, but its certanly not leather.
I can choose from a variety of colors, but in general they only trim the sides with leather, the middle of the seats are made of regular seatmaterial.
When it comes to the fitting, the covers will be tailormade for the HR-V, and Honda will do all of the hard work.
So, i'm absolutely going for these seatcovers, but now i can't decide which colors to choose.
The following colors are available for the inner parts of seats (non leather)
- Silver
- Blue
- Grey
- Yellow
- Black
These colors are for the leather (outer trim)
- Black
- Grey
I'll try to take a pic of the brochure so you guys can see the options more clearly. But its still a though decision

They actually look a lot like the seats that Hondapix has.
So the silver, blue, yellow, black, grey, are for the middle part of seats. The other colors are for the leather-part.
My car has the original blue interior, so i was thinking about goinf for a black-blue combo. But i'm afraid that it will be too much blue, so maybe silver in the middle and black on the sides?
What do you reckon?

Just be aware that any 'light' colours will show all stains and marks very quickly.

No stains or marks on mine.Sintetic leather was the best option i made for the V interior.Lifetime warranty, marks free,no noises when you seat or move on it and washable with a wet towel.Moviezillawhere are you from?Try serching alternative professionals to do the job. Here in Portugal all Hr-v came with original blue seats covers,no leather choise. If you wanted leather they "Honda" had it made where i made mine for twice the price.
