Every once in a while (about 2 weeks, sometimes daily) my clock loses time in my '03 CRV EX. It happens whether the weather's cold or hot, whether the car's used daily or has sat for several days. Dealer wants me to "leave it overnight", but since it's not consistently doing it, I don't want to try that approach. Figure that approach could go on for months and don't have the time to keep being without the car. Anybody else experienced this?

I figure it's got something to do with voltage as it once got so bad as to erase my pre-sets for stations. :?:

you may want to run down to your local Autozone (or similar) and have them test the battery.. you may just have a bad battery. not all that common nowadays, but sounds pretty close to the problem.

(besides.. most stores like Autozone will test your battery for free)
