Whats on eBay...

Buddy Club V-CON VTEC controllers are now here and are ready to be shipped! Being able to move your VTEC changeover point is absolutely essential when you're trying to fine-tune your VTEC engine. Aftermarket cams and higher rev limits may prompt you to set the VTEC changeover point to a higher place in the RPM band for normally aspirated engines. Turbocharged engines may be better suited with lower VTEC changeover points to help build boost at a lower RPM. Contact your sales advisor and get ready to be surprised as to how much these units really cost!

sorry, but this is crap.
when you lower the vtec point you also must supply the engine with more fuel. I rather go with Apexi AFC NEO which also can control fuel and air.
The Honda ECU also changes the fuel map for hi-cam profile, when the vtec engages, so you lower the vtec point and the engine is running on the lo-cam profile fuel map, which can damage your engine.

Yep - I'm not sure what a "NEO" is maybe it is something new that I have not yet seen, but even the 'old' VAFC-II is a much better option...
