Buying a 2003-2004 Pilot

Hi,

I am looking at buying a 2003-2004 Certifed Honda Pilot EX-L with 20-30k miles on it. I have been given a Price of 28.7k for a 05 Pilot EX-L.

Most of the 03-04 i have seen with 20-30k miles seem to be going for 21-25k. WHats a good price to pay for an 03-04? I would like to get one for about 21-23k after some haggaling. Any major differences between the 03-04 that I should know about?

nothing major between 03 and 04. just that the back seat slides forward in the 04.

If you can get an 05' for around 28.7K I would go that route if you can afford it. The 05' has more HP, Sunroof and some extras that were not included on teh 03-04 models. I have an 04 EX-L and paid 28800.00 for it new.

I think there is just a few minor differences b/t the 03-04. Just make sure the transmission recall service was completed on the 03 model and some of the 04's.
