hows that typhoon intake working for you...was thinkin bout gettin one....

its pretty good. you'll notice the better throttle response. any power gain is minimal. if you combine it with other mods it'll work better. for everyday driving, its not necessary. i race every so often at a local drag strip. i have exhaust mods and nitrous.

as far as getting it for looks, it is eye candy for under the hood.

whats your 1/4 mile time?

haven't had a chance to goto the 1/4 mile track. only been to the 1/8 mile track a few times. my best time was 10.88 seconds in Dec 2003. average time is 11.2 seconds. i've only tested the nitrous once with the 15 HP jet. once i get it tested up to the 40-50 HP jets i'll head over the 1/4 mile track. as always i'll update yall on the results.
